Message from Pastor Taylor ~ July 11th 2020
Matthew 13:18“ Hear then the parable of the sower. 19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what is sown in the heart; this is what was sown on the path…23 But as for what was sown on good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and yields, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty.”
Just in case you need more. Jesus was willing to share the meaning of the parable with disciples. Clarification and explanation is important in the Christian realm. We would be lost if someone had not told us the truth about Jesus. Sometimes we need to hear more to understand.
I watched the entire memorial service for Charlie Daniels, partly for the musician songs, but the testimonies helped to stay with it.. The tribute was humbling to listen to the singers and speakers who talked about a man who cared for Jesus and was willing to plant a seed in good soil and then wait, willing to wait for the harvest.
May your life be a testimony of what you believe and may you honor your God for the yield your witness will give. Hope for a hundredfold yield!
